a few more formal details on usage rights & attribution
General usage rights
Work that was commissioned by clients, and work that was made for my personal brand and projects (e.g. things like my website/portfolio/resume etc. designs) is NOT to be used without explicit written permission, unless you're just citing (see below).
Everything (including the above) may be cited, quoted, and referenced; for instance, if you want to Tumblr something, that's fine with me in all cases, no explicit permission needed. However, I'd like such usage to remain within the by-nc-nd 3.0 Creative Commons license detailed below.
If you need to use it for something that cannot follow these conditions (or if you need written permission for commissioned work use, etc.), please just contact me.
You do not use said work for making money.
Contact me if there is an issue.Credit and link back.
...As long as someone can find their way back to sklobovskaya.com, behance.net/sklobovskaya, or akirichan.deviantart.com from wherever it was you referenced/used/cited the work (be it by linking the image itself or including a visible and obvious link or credit on the work or close by).Don't modify it or make your own art/designs/work out of it (or, rather, just ask me before you do).
If you use it to make your own work, for making signature tags or any work that springs significantly from my creative material, please ask me first.
If you're just sharing/citing/quoting, please leave it recognizable and with its spirit unaltered and unvandalized. Don't draw moustaches on it, etc.
Signature tag groups, please include my URL on the graphic itself (though you're all usually great about doing this even without being asked :) ).
Please note that under the CC, work is provided as is. I don't hand out high-res versions or vector files (not for free, anyway), so please keep that in mind if you email me to ask.
Miscellaneous
Please don't use my work in contexts or purposes of any weird hentai or viral stuff or anything you think I might not endorse. Plz. :D I'd like to retain moral ownership of it at all times. If in doubt, email me.
My right to deny permission
I reserve the right to deny or withdraw usage rights at any time. Even if you followed the conditions and even if I said yes, I can change my mind at any time and I ask that you please treat that with the same weight as you would treat an initial "no." I don't plan on doing this often, but just so this right remains with me.
